Well, if like me you're a little indecisive it can be difficult to choose from so many delicious options, but I think I have something to help you. I decided to try all 2 $20 Applebee menu items and rate them so it would be easier for all other foodies to decide next time.

Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad is at the top of my list. This is easily one of my favorite dishes on the entire Applebee menu and the fact that it comes with the 2 for $20 special is amazing.

What I love about Middle Eastern Chicken Salad is that it has all the fresh Asian veggies that make it a slightly healthier option.

Plus, the oriental chicken salad comes with crispy rice noodles for an extra touch of texture. Definitely check this out next time you're at Applebee.

Chicken tenders is always a classic menu item to order when dining at Applebee's. If you like Chicken Tenders, you'll love the Chicken Tenders Platter even more since it's available on Menu 2 for $20.

The Chicken Tenders Platter is a larger serving of chicken than the standard Chicken Tenders Platter, but it's the same delicious chicken. I love ordering this from the 2 menu for $20 when I'm really hungry.

The dish also comes with their amazing coleslaw and some fries. Don't forget the honey mustard!

Lemon Fiesta Chicken

The following is one of the tastiest menu items Applebee's has to offer. The Fiesta Lime Chicken is always a fantastic choice in my opinion and I would probably still order it even if it weren't for the 2 for $20 special.

The Fiesta Lime Chicken is grilled and topped with an amazingly tangy lime sauce and some Mexican sauce.

All of this delight is topped with a blend of cheddar cheese, and it all sits on a bed of crispy tortilla strips with Spanish rice and pico de gallo.

Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo

Next is an Italian classic that never fails, the Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo. This dish is another of Applebee's top 2 menu items for $20 because it has everything you could want in a dish.

My favorite part about ordering from Applebee's is that it comes with baguettes. Who doesn't love it?

The fettuccine and creamy alfredo pair perfectly, and tossing the delicious grilled chicken on top is the icing on the cake. Just make sure you grab a glass of wine to go with it!

Classic cheeseburger

It's always hard to beat a good old-fashioned cheeseburger, especially when it's on the menu at Applebee's 2 for $20. The burgers here at Applebee's are handcrafted and insanely delicious, so they're practically guaranteed to be a home run .

The next menu item I want to talk about is the grilled oriental chicken salad. This salad is essentially the same as the classic Middle Eastern chicken salad, except it has a relatively healthy twist since the chicken is grilled, not fried.

I love this dish and when I found out Applebee had it on the menu for 2 for $20 I just had to get it.

It's a great bargain, plus it's 100 fewer calories than rotisserie chicken. It's the perfect balance of refreshing veggies with the crunch of almonds and the hearty flavor of grilled chicken.

This next menu item is called Four Cheese Macaroni + Cheese with Honey Chili Chicken. This is an ingenious creation by Applebee and I want to thank everyone who was responsible for thinking about this recipe.

The Four Cheese Mac + Cheese With Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders consists of penne mac and cheese topped with applewood smoked bacon and their crispy chicken tenders tossed in their amazing honey and pepper sauce.

As if that wasn't enough, you also get a delicious baguette. This definitely has to be on your list of 2 $20 menu items to try.

Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp

Next up is Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, so even if you're nowhere near New Orleans, you can still enjoy classic Cajun cuisine.

Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp is the perfect mix of land and sea for your meal, not to mention Applebee's famous garlic mashed potatoes.

Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp is Cajun-spiced chicken and blackened shrimp, served in butter garlic and parsley, still sizzling on a cast-iron platter. It also comes with sautéed mushrooms and onions for an even more delicious flavor. This is always a foolproof meal.

Mozzarella-Sticks

Mozzarella sticks are a classic appetizer at any fine restaurant, and Applebee's is no exception.

Applebee's Spinach Artichoke Dip is the ultimate appetizer and doesn't even come close. Sometimes I feel like I could make a whole meal out of it.

The freshly made tortillas are very fluffy and provide the perfect crunch with the spinach artichoke dip. You won't want to share these.

Two salads

Finally, I'd suggest ordering double-sided salads to replace your appetizer if you go for the $20 Applebee's Menu 2.

I usually do this when I'm feeling a little more health conscious than usual because the calorie count on Two Side Salads is significantly lower than the other apps.

For your two-side salads you can choose between the house salad or the Caesar salad. Both are delicious options, it all comes down to personal preference. I usually opt for the house salad, but only because it has the fewest calories of the two.
