In a room with bright white LED lighting or lots of natural light, it looks a little grayer. In a room with incandescent or warm LED light, the beige in Agreeable Gray will stand out more.
Pleasant gray has an LRV (Light Reflectance Value) of 60, which means it reflects a lot of light. While Sherwin Williams places it in the "light" category of his colors, I would say it's more of a light midtone.
Because it's a warm paint color, soft gray serves as a great background for other warm tones. Works well in any or all rooms in your home.
I've used Comforting Gray in several homes and it's been great in all of them. It goes well with white or wood paneling and is the perfect light color to add a little interest to a room without going overboard.

Repose Gray (SW 7015) is another extremely popular gray.
It is often recommended by real estate agents when selling a home because of its popularity. Compared to Agreeable Grey, it will look more like a royal grey, although it will definitely contain beige and hints of purple tones.
The Repose Gray has an LRV of 58 and again I would call it a light midtone. It pairs well with wood and white finishes and works just as well with bright accents as it does with other neutral colors.

conscious gray
Mindful Gray sits just below Repose Gray on the Sherwin Williams color wheel and has similar undertones.
However, Mindful Gray is darker and appears to have a touch more beige than Repose Grey.
Mindful Gray has an LRV of 48, and while it's still considered very reflective, it's darker than the other two grays listed above. It is also truly a gray color and carries the versatility that most gray colors have.
Mindful Gray can be used in any room of the house, but unlike Agreeable Gray and Repose Grey, I find it a little too dark to be the only color used in a house. I prefer using it in a large room or a room with lots of natural light.

Mega-Grade
Mega Greige is a dark gray paint color very similar to Agreeable Gray. It's a good mix of gray and beige, but it prefers a little more beige than some on this list.
The Mega Greige has an LRV of 37, which is the "intermediate" range of Sherwin Williams colors.
However, my personal opinion is that Mega Greige is a very dark wall color. I like it as an accent wall or in a room where you want the walls to make a bold statement. I don't think it's a good choice for an overall paint color.

affordable beige
Accessible Beige is the most popular beige lacquer color at Sherwin Williams, and it is actually a gray lacquer color.
Accessible Beige is a warm nail polish color that heavily favors beige but includes hints of gray to keep it from looking too brown.
Accessible Beige has an LRV of 58, which means it reflects a good amount of light. Accessible beige is a good color for common areas in a home, but it's a slightly less current shade of gray than the others on this list.

Colonnade Grade
Colonnade Gray is a gray paint color that looks more like a true gray than a beige.
Compared to other greiges, the Colonnade is significantly lighter.
Colonnade Gray has an LRV of 53 which I classify as a light medium tone. While it has a little more depth than the popular Agreeable Grey, Repose Gray and Accessible Beige, it won't make the room feel any smaller.
I used Colonnade on a finished basement and it was a great mid tone. If you want something that gives you a little punch without being dark, Colonnade Gray is a solid choice.

Best Greige Nail Polish Colors by Benjamin Moore
Edgecomb Grau
Edgecomb Gray is a soft, warm lacquer color that tends toward beige rather than gray. It looks almost creamy (but not yellow) in a bright room, but looks more grayish in a less lit room.
Edgecomb Gray has an LRV of 63, which means it's one of the lightest colors on this list. It is perfect for any room in the house.
I currently have Edgecomb Gray in my dining room and hallways.
It's my favorite color - perfectly light and slightly beige, but the gray in it distracts from being too beige. It looks gray in the evening light, but in the sunlight it's the perfect light grey.

Penthouse is a very light gray that is refined and restrained. While it looks mostly like a light gray, this warm gray also has beige undertones.
Penthouse fits well in every room in the house. It has an LRV of 70, which means it reflects a lot of light. It's a good option for both sunny and dark spaces, taking on more gray or beige depending on the lighting.

A few words about lighting and gray color:
North-facing rooms: In a north-facing room, the cool tones of a color will seem stronger. Dark paint colors look darker and light paint colors look softer.
