Long story short, NEVER send anyone you care about here!!! My dad was in memorial care and they were less than half full so you would think they could do decent and responsible care. [Removed: description of resident's personal medical history; Description of various waterfalls.] The facilities are beautiful and they advertise the dining options. Several individual caretakers were also excellent. The corporate culture is so distorted that it places so much emphasis on looks and disregards real diligence. Just stay away from this place. I wish we had to do it again but I hope your loved one is spared the horror we experienced.
