Resort pools, hot tubs or any other amenities are managed and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owner will be responsible for any refunds should any facility be closed for any reason.

1. Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00.
2. Late check-out is available upon request, so please check with your customer service team for rates and availability prior to your check-out date. Failure to adhere to designated check-in and check-out times will result in a $50 fine for every 30 minutes of violation before or after the designated time.
3. This is a "non-smoking" facility. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the unit. You will be fined $500, plus mitigation costs.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed unless the unit is listed as "Pet Friendly". You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
5. Always respect the quiet hours of 10:00pm to 8:00am as neighbors are nearby.
6. No parties or events of any kind are permitted.
7. Do not move or rearrange furniture.
8. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or passengers.
9. Do not park cars on grass as they will be fined and towed.
10. Failure to follow these rules/procedures as well as those specified in the agreed rental agreement may result in fines, forfeiture of security deposits and, in some cases, immediate eviction of the apartment without refund.
